Summer Fun Reminder
As a reminder, RPI Rental tenants must comply with their Lease Agreements and our insurance provider. Tenants are not permitted to have any source of open flame. This includes but is not limited to: fire pits, chimineas, campfires, brick fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, fire pit tables and fire pit grills.
All grills must be AT LEAST 5 feet from all other structures. This includes but is not limited to: tenant's unit, neighbor's homes and units, all decks, sheds, garages, fences, and carports.
Tenants are not permitted to have swimming pools, trampolines, or swingsets of any kind in or outside of their properties.
Tenants will be liable to others and RPI Rentals for any loss, damage, fine or any other condition arising from open flames, grills, swimming pools, trampolines, swingsets, or other prohibited items.
