RPI Rentals is now hiring a Residential Leasing Agent for our mid-sized property management company with properties in and around the North Hills area. No real estate license required.

 

Salary: TBD

 

Responsibilities:

• Advertise listings

• Schedule and attend showings for listings

• Be comfortable using social media for content creation and sharing

• Conduct market research and have common knowledge of local competition

• Lease units and move-in new residents

• Maintain resident files in complete and accurate condition

• Resolve Resident complaints

• Initiate any necessary evictions or lease violations

 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Appfolio and Microsoft Office Suite

• Highly organized with ability to manage your time appropriately

• Great interpersonal skills

• Thrives in a social environment

• Problem solver who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and is comfortable making decisions on their own

• At least one year of previous experience in real estate/property management

• Must be able to communicate via mobile phone/text

• Must be neat, tidy, presentable, and punctual

• Must have a good driving record and good working vehicle
