NEW: Appfolio for RPI Rentals' Tenants

RPI Property management recently began using Appfolio, a software which allows our Tenants to:

View and pay your bills anytime (24/7)
View and pay your bills from anywhere (any computer with an internet connection)
Pay rent with cash via Electronic Cash Payments at 7-Eleven or ACE Cash Express (see us for more info)
Set up an automatic payment
Sign up for automatic reminder emails
Review your payment history
Submit a maintenance request
View or download shared documents

All of your information is password protected and all transactions are both encrypted and securely transmitted. Please note that RPI will no longer be sending water/sewage/garbage bills by mail or email. All water/sewage/garbage bills will be posted to your Appfolio account. You will receive notification anytime a utility bill has been posted to your account. Didn't receive your Online Portal Activation email?
